How Adwave Inc. collects, uses, and shares information when you use Waveband.

Who we are

Adwave Inc. (“we,” “us”) operates Waveband. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use our websites, console, APIs, and related services (the “Service”).

White-label branding (your logo, colors, or domain) does not change who is the controller for platform account data: Adwave Inc. remains the operator of the Service under this Policy.

Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, authentication data, company name, role, and settings you configure.

Billing data: payment method details processed by our payment provider, invoices, and plan information.

Usage data: product interactions, IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.

Customer content: campaigns, creatives (URLs and metadata), audience uploads you submit (for example hashed emails or device identifiers), reports, and proposals.

Communications: messages you send to support or through in-product forms.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Service; authenticate users; process payments; deliver ads according to your instructions; measure and report delivery; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and communicate about the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.

How we share information

Service providers that process data for us (hosting, email, payments, error monitoring, analytics) under contractual obligations.

Advertising and measurement partners you choose to use when trafficking campaigns or activating audiences — as needed to fulfill your instructions.

Your organization: admins and teammates you invite can access workspace data according to roles you assign.

Legal and safety: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and (on marketing pages) analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type; you may request deletion subject to legal holds and backup cycles.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys.

International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@adwave.com (or the support address in the Service) to exercise rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are an end user of a white-label customer, some requests may need to go through that customer for data they control in their relationship with you.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when practicable.
